Fuzzy sets, anxiety diagnosis 

ABSTRACT

The most honest, personal statement about my own self-creation, the truth about myself, is built from the observation of a growing sense of threat and fear - both atavistic and socially and culturally imposed. We can already speak about the process of functioning in a permanent state of danger. To use a visual form of expression, I refer to my x-rays and magnetic resonance images taken in 2021. Performed diagnostically, they were aimed at indicating or to exclude potential diseases. Concern for health is just one example.

A graduate of the Faculty of Painting at the Academy of Fine Arts in Wrocław (1999) and Philosophy at the Faculty of Social Sciences of the University of Wrocław (2001). Monika Aleksandrowicz’s artistic output includes over 60 collective exhibitions, symposia devoted to conceptual art and individual exhibitions that were organized and presented in the country and abroad. She currently works at the Art Mediation Department of The Eugeniusz Geppert Academy of Art and Design in Wrocław.
